Interactive Tools

Our online tools — such as the roof cost estimator, system selector, and condition assessment — produce ballpark figures and general guidance based on the information you provide. These results are estimates only, not binding quotes, and actual pricing and recommendations require an on-site evaluation by a MAZE professional.

AI Roof Advisor

Our AI chat assistant provides general information about commercial roofing to help answer common questions. It does not provide professional engineering, legal, financial, or insurance advice, and its responses should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional inspection or consultation.

04SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. MAZE Commercial Roofing & Construction offers SMS/text messaging to communicate with people who contact us. This includes:

• responses and qualifying questions for prospective customers who submit a request through our website or contact our business; and
• estimate confirmations, summaries, and job-detail messages for customers and authorized staff who text our estimating line.

All recipients have initiated contact with MAZE.

Consent. By providing your mobile number through our website forms, by texting our business or estimating number, or by otherwise opting in, you consent to receive text messages from MAZE at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
